Creating ultra-sustainable housing for Metropolitan Phoenix for a reasonable price:
Working with Vali Homes, a Developer/Sustainable-Consultant and 180 Degrees, a quality General Contractor, our team has engaged in studying an efficient way to create a net-zero energy house based on methods and practices developed by the Passive House Institute (www.passivehouse.us). Utilizing building technologies used elsewhere, but new to our region, the design delivers high standards of energy and water conservation, air quality, a low carbon footprint, to go along with great spaces and design.

The home is designed to consume less than $600 per year in energy costs, which would easily be offset by a small 4 kW solar panel system.

The construction cost for this 1750 SF three-bedroom house is around $175 per GSF. The design is created to be very adaptable and may be customized quite easily to various lifestyles and sites, and is available for purchase. Contact us today to discuss how our team can help you live in a more energy efficient, healthy home with freedom from the power grid. Thoughtful design equates to better living.
